We send our orders via tracked delivery.
Yamaha Dubbo uses Australia Post as our first choice. We will use alternative couriers to provide a more competitive delivery fee where relevant.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If no-one is available at time of delivery, the order will be diverted to the nearest Australia Post outlet.
Your card or your Paypal will be charged at the time of purchase.
We dispatch online orders Monday to Friday; we will make every effort to despatch your order within 1 working day whenever possible (we can't ship or process orders on weekends or public holidays). All orders are despatched out of our Sunshine Coast Dealership.
Due to the huge range of items and parts we offer to you, individual products within your larger orders may be collected from any of our locations to our main dispatch area prior to shipping to you. Please contact us prior to visiting the Dealership to confirm that we 1) have your item ready for collection and 2) have not already dispatched the item via your nominated delivery method.
While we do our best to dispatch your item within a short timeframe, some items may not be in stock and will have an extended wait time before dispatch. In this case, we will email you with an ETA for shipping as soon as we can. Please call or email us if you need to discuss any issues with the ETA provided to you.
Australian External Territories will be considered International Orders and will have a freight charge applied equal to our freight cost to pack and send the item. (including Christmas Island and Cocos (Keeling) Islands)
In some instances, your application to order may be declined where a prompt freight service cannot be offered. Any payments made will be refunded in full.
Due to the time frame for freight deliveries to these locations, no missing articles will be considered by Yamaha Dubbo or the relevant shipping company before a minimum of 3 months from the shipping date.
If you have placed an order on our website you should have received a Tax Invoice via email to the email address you provided. On the Tax Invoice you will find the shipping consignment number listed on the invoice along with the freight providers name.
Please contact the freight provider directly with your consignment number for assistance with tracking your order.
